Hometown: Dallas, Texas (Born in Monroe, LA)
Hunter Darrouzet is the University Minister for Retreats and Ignatian Life Communities. He grew up in Dallas, TX attending Cistercian Preparatory School in Irving, TX. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, where he was also a member of the Beta Upsilon Chi Fraternity, Hunter started his own photography company and taught rock climbing on the side. Eventually, he went back to graduate school and worked as a campus minister at the University of Dallas for 3 years creating and running the Men's Ministry program and service programs. Then he moved to Grand Junction, CO to be the Newman Center Director at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado for 5 years. Before coming to Loyola, Hunter worked for 6 years as the Director of Campus Ministry at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa. Hunter is married to his wife Lindsey.
