Mail & Packages

Mail and package receipt service is provided for each residence hall at Loyola by Residential Life.

General Mail and Shipping Information

U.S. Mail

All residence halls have mail centers within the building where mail is delivered daily by the campus Post Office. The campus Post Office is managed by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any packages shipped and delivered by USPS will be held in the Post Office (located in the Danna Center) until the student retrieves the package. Notification will be given to the student via their mail box.

Other Parcel Services

Packages mailed to resident students via Amazon Logistics, FedEx, UPS, DHL or other carrier will be signed for by Residential Life and stored in the Biever Hall Package Room Hall until the student can pick it up. Students are notified of package delivery by email. Students must produce photo ID and sign for their package upon receipt.

Amazon Lockers

Amazon locker hubs are located in both the Broadway Activities Center and the Danna Student Center for your convenience. Please adhere to the instructions via the Amazon website and the specific locker hub you are shipping to. 

Residential Life cannot guarantee immediate distribution of packages to the intended recipient. Therefore, only non-perishable items should be shipped to the residence halls. Please contact Residential Life if you need to send or receive time-sensitive materials, such as prescription medications, perishable item, or legal documents, so we can ensure prompt attention to these items.

Mailing Address

When sending mail or packages to a resident of Loyola's residence halls, please do not send to Residential Life, this will delay delivery to the intended recipient. Personal mail should be sent to one of the addresses below.

Be sure to include the recipient's name and campus box number on the mailing label. Please address packages using the student's full name.
