Alison coached at Potomac and Patriot CrossFit in Arlington, VA, for six years before relocating to New Orleans in 2016. She is a former coach and director of operations of CrossFit Walter Reed, located inside Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, and has extensive experience working with adaptive athletes. Alison is currently an American Council on Exercise [ACE]-certified trainer. She has practiced yoga for about 12 years and hopes to pursue a RYT200 certification this year.
