Group Fitness Classes: Fall 2024

Group fitness classes at the University Sports Complex are a fun, engaging way to workout, stretch, and try something new!

 

Step and Tone w/ Teresa: Mon & Wed 12-1pm

Vin to Yin Yoga w/ Nancy: Tues & Thurs 12:30-1:30pm (starting in October 2024)

Zumba w/ Claire: Wed 5:30-6:15pm

Hip Hop HIIT w/Tia: Tues 5:30-6:30pm

Mystical Vinyasa/Hatha Flow w/ Scotty: Sun 3-4pm/ Tues 4-5pm

Iyengar Yoga w/ Susan: Fri 2-3pm
