About the Hall

• The newest residence hall on campus, opened to students in Fall 2025
• Houses returning and graduate students in apartment-style residences
• Units include single and double rooms, ranging in size from one bed/one bath to six bed/three bath suites
• Capacity – 600 (seven stories)

Amenities and Features 

• Each student is provided with an adjustable twin XL bed, desk with chair, chest of drawers, and closet space
• Suites include a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and sink, as well as a living room with sofa and chair, and entertainment console 
• Rooms feature large windows, exposed concrete walls, and modern laminate floors
• Communal lounges located on every floor 
• Laundry facilities available on the ground floor
• Expansive community event space and courtyard
• Full wireless internet coverage and hard-wired data connections
• Centrally heated and air-conditioned with individual suite controls
