Student Health and COVID-19
Loyola partners with Ochsner Health for our Student Health Services. Our student health team currently follows protocols established by Ochsner. These protocols are updated daily. Latest updates are available here. You can also call the Ochsner COVID-19 Patient Hotline at 844-888-2772 with any COVID-19 questions. For general information, dial the Louisiana Hotline, 211, or text the keyword LACOVID to 898-211.
If you are concerned that you may have COVID-19, you can seek medical care and testing at Student Health Services at 504-865-3326. Walk-in services are welcome.
For virtual healthcare available 24/7, you can use the Ochsner Connected Anywhere app.

We provide primary and urgent care treatment and education about personal health issues for all Loyola students—residential and non-residential, full-time and part-time. Student Health Services is an in-network provider on Loyola's Student Health Insurance Plan. If you have other health insurance, please check with your plan provider regarding coverage and fees.
