University Sports Complex

*** The University Sports Complex will close at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 28, in preparation for Hurricane Zeta. Check back for news on the reopening.***

The University Sports Complex is the perfect environment to improve your well-being and make lasting social connections while being active! Learn a new sport, improve your fitness level, or join one of the many programs offered each year. The following programs are free to members:

  • Fitness testing
  • Group exercise classes
  • Personal training
  • Pilates
  • Swim instruction
  • Yoga

Important News

- Gaiters and masks with vents are prohibited inside the University Sports Complex.

- All basketball courts will be closed Sept. 24.

-Check the calendar daily to stay up tp date with facility availability 

-Check daily in the announcements and notifications area to stay up to date on all gym policies

Burn and Tone with Judy Monday - Wednesday 12-1 p.m.

Zumba with Thomas - Thursday 4:30 p.m.

Virtual Yoga with Alison via Facebook Live Monday 6-7pm 

Virtual Yoga with Zoe via Facebook Live Thursday 9:30-10:30am

Staff Yoga with Alison via Facebook Live Friday 12:30-1pm
