Bio
Dallas Flint joined Loyola University New Orleans in the summer of 2023 as the Director of Student Conduct. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in American Sign Language & Deaf Studies from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. She later earned her Master of Science in College Student Affairs with a concentration in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Dallas began her career in Student Affairs in 2013 at Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, in Residence Life as an Area Coordinator and Student Conduct Coordinator. She continued her career at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2016 as a Coordinator of Student Integrity. Prior to joining the Loyola community, Dallas served as the Associate Dean of Students at Bloomsburg University during its integration with two universities to become Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania.
