As an accused student/organization, complainant, or witness in the conduct process, you may have questions about your role, the expectations, or other specific matters. Please refer to Section 5 in the Code of Conduct. In this section, you will learn about Due Process rights, which are granted to all participants of the conduct process. Furthermore, you can find information pertaining to specific hearing bodies, the hearing procedures, and possible sanctions.
