Group Fitness Classes: Fall 2025

 

Group fitness classes at the University Sports Complex are a fun, engaging way to workout, stretch, and try something new!

 

Step and Tone w/ Teresa: Mon & Wed 12-1pm

Pilates w/ Gracie: Mon 10-11am

NOLA Tai Chi and Qigong w/ Todd: Tue 2-3pm

Mystical Yoga w/ Scotty: Wed 5:30-6:30pm
