Bio

Lindy Brasher serves as University Minister for Social Justice at Loyola University New Orleans, where she cultivates inclusive, transformative communities grounded in encounter, belonging, and care for others. Shaped by a Jesuit education and rooted in religious education and Christian spirituality, she approaches life as a sacred, liturgical rhythm in which God is encountered through relationships, reflection, and everyday experience.

Influenced by the symbolic theology of St. Bonaventure, Lindy sees creation, Scripture, and the human soul as interconnected spaces through which God continually invites all people into deeper communion with divine love, a love that overflows into justice, compassion, and the common good.
