Group fitness classes at the University Sports Complex are a fun, engaging way to workout, stretch, and try something new!
Pilates w/ Gracie: Mon 10-11am
Step and Tone w/ Teresa: Mon & Wed 12-1pm
Vin to Yin Yoga w/ Nancy: Tue & Thur 12:30-1:30pm
Full Body Motion w/ Sydney: Tue 5-6pm (starting February 2026)
Moving Meditation w/ Todd: Wed 10-11am
NOLA Tai Chi and Qigong w/ Marc: Thur 3:30-4:30pm (starting February 2026)
Mystical Yoga w/ Scotty: Thur 5:30-6:30pm
