University Sports Complex

The University Sports Complex is the perfect environment to improve your well-being and make lasting social connections while being active! Learn a new sport, improve your fitness level, or join one of the many programs offered each year. The following programs are free to members:

  • Fitness testing
  • Group exercise classes
  • Personal training
  • Pilates
  • Swim instruction
  • Yoga

- Gaiters and masks with vents are prohibited inside the University Sports Complex.

-Check the calendar daily to stay up tp date with facility availability 

-Check daily in the announcements and notifications area to stay up to date on all gym policies

Outdoor Zumba with Jennifer - Tuesday 12:30 p.m. & Wednesday 11 a.m.

Zumba with Thomas - Thursday 4:30 p.m.

Barre with Jennifer - Tuesday 5:30 p.m.

Virtual Yoga with Alison via Facebook Live Monday 6-7 p.m. 

Virtual Yoga with Zoe via Facebook Live Thursday 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Virtual Yoga with Susan via Zoom Live Wednesday 5-6 p.m.

Staff Yoga with Alison via Facebook Live Friday 12:30-1 p.m.
