Self Care: Mental Health

The UCC is providing remote services for all currently enrolled students. Call us at 504-865-3835 to schedule a remote consult or speak to a counselor over the phone. We are open from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday, and closed during University holidays. The counselor on-call is available 24/7, 365 by calling our office (504-865-3835) and pressing 1 after the prompt.
