Self Care: Mental Health

The UCC provides services for all currently enrolled students. Call us at 504-865-3835 to schedule an appointment to speak to a counselor. We are open from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday, and closed during University holidays. The counselor on-call is available 24/7, 365 by calling our office (504-865-3835) and pressing 1 after the prompt.

This line offers recovery support 24/7/365 for those with substance use, mental health, mental illness or co-occurring disorders. However, those with no prior history of substance use or mental illness can access these services any day, any time.
