Finding a Rental

Sonder Neighborhood Rentals (short and long term leases available). Email with the following information: full name, email address, dates you are looking for and how many bedrooms you are looking for

McEnry Residential Student Housing Properties - Loyola's official rental listing provider (all properties go trough a vetting process before they are able to advertise)

Trulia - Comprehensive search site for apartments and houses (use at your own discretion)

Exploring Utility Costs

Utilize the City of New Orleans provide sites such as the Sewerage and Water Board and Entergy.

In My Area - Find providers and compare prices for Internet, Cable TV and other home services available in your specific area. This service is at no cost to students and includes free relocation consultations.


Hurricane Evacuation Procedures

Commuter students should follow the city's plans when evacuating for a potential hurricane. The NOLA website provides information and resources should the city decide that a mandatory evacuation is in effect.
