Sean is originally from just outside of Chicago, IL. He received his undergraduate degree in Social Science Education in 2010 and was a classroom teacher for three years before heading back to Illinois State to pursue his master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration. Sean has been afforded the opportunity to live and work internationally, both in Austria where he studied abroad and in Spain where he spent a year teaching English. Sean has a strong passion for social justice and leadership development which is what made Loyola New Orleans a perfect fit for him. In his role as the Carrollton Community Director, Sean oversees the daily operations of the building, supervises the RA’s and desk staff, serves as a judicial officer, and works with students in terms of training and development. Outside of work, Sean enjoys playing guitar, snowboarding, and weight lifting. He is excited to work here at Loyola and create a positive residential experience for everyone in the Pack!
