It is important to find inspiration to restart, reassess, and recommit. Some may be beginning your college journey, while others may be looking to synthesize the last three years’ knowledge. Regardless of your point along the path, taking stock can only serve to make sure your bearing is true.
One of the biggest keys to getting through that “to do” list is focus. Some tasks are easy and quickly accomplished. Others are a bit more unpleasant and we can easily be distracted while trying to accomplish them. These are the tasks where use of the Pomodoro technique can be particularly useful.
