Through the Department of Student Involvement, you can reserve the following spaces. All room reservations must be made no later than 14 business days before your event. It is recommended that you reserve your space early as venues can book up very quickly.
Events and programs can be the hallmark for Registered Student Organizations (RSO). With more than 100 RSOs, Loyola University New Orleans provides a vibrant, diverse, and robust series of events. There is a lot of hard work and dedication required to make any event successful. It is the responsibility of every RSO to fully understand all event polices and requirements.
RSOs must register all events with Student Involvement through the organization's OrgSync portal. Select “Events” and then select the green “Create an Event” button. All required information must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event day for approval. The Event Registration Form is a one-stop event registration tool including room reservations, campus notification, police detail, and physical plant resources.
Campus departments interested in hosting an event in the Danna Student Center, Peace Quad, or Residential Quad can submit an event request using the Campus Department Event Registration Form. All required information must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event day for approval.
