Brooks Zitzmann is a Licensed Clinical Master Social Worker. At the UCC, she provides individual counseling for a wide range of concerns and co-facilitates group therapy for survivors of sexual assault. Brooks’ clinical approach is client-centered and holistic, collaborating with students to address their concerns while helping students gain insight into the impact of their broader environmental context. Brooks’ clinical interests include the practice of mindfulness, authenticity, trauma survival, and resilience. She engages in community advocacy as chair of the annual Take Back the Night march and coordinator of the Advocacy Initiative.
