JUMPSTART PACKAGE: 

Meet with a personal trainer to jump start your health and fitness goals in an initial consultation, along with a weight room orientation. With the weight room orientation, you can become familiar with some of the basic exercises to get you started. Then learn ways you can work with a personal trainer to accomplish your goals.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING: 

Each client will receive an initial consultation and assessment to discuss their health and fitness goals as well as determine their current fitness level (initial purchase only). Client will have a personalized program tailored to their specific needs and goals.

GROUP TRAINING:

Small group training is an affordable option to accomodate people who have similar goals and are interested in working out together to accomplish their goals. The workouts will be designed to meet the needs of each individual.
