Panhellenic Association

Welcome to the Panhellenic Association webpage! Here you can find information about the Panhellenic Association and the four Panhellenic sororities at Loyola University New Orleans. 

The Panhellenic Association is the governing body for the four social Panhellenic sororities. Loyola currently is home to the following oragnizations:

  • Alpha Chi Omega
  • Delta Gamma
  • Gamma Phi Beta
  • Theta Phi Alpha

The Panhellenic Association aims to assist all members in becoming well-rounded women. The college Panhellenic Council is part of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). Founded in 1902, NPC is comprised of 26 national and international women's fraternities and sororities. 

Panhellenic Primary Recruitment 

The Panhellenic Association will be hosting Sorority Recruitment from Thursday September 7 - Monday September 11, 2017. Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment is a process which allows all interested women to attend events from the four Panhellenic sororities we have on campus and select the organization that is the best fit for them.

The schedule for the Formal Sorority Recruitment process is as follows:

  • Thursday September 7th: Recruitment Kickoff, 7:00pm St. Charles
  • Friday September 8th: Round I, 5:00pm Gallery Rooms
  • Saturday September 9th: Round II, 12:30pm Gallery Rooms
  • Sunday September 10th: Preference Round, 12:30pm Gallery Rooms
  • Monday September 11th: Sorority Recruitment Bid Day, 4:00pm Audubon Room
