Our students receive classroom and real-life lessons in moral decision-making, ethics, social justice, leadership, service, and other character-forming activities. These young men and women can bring this vision, knowledge, and tools to your organization’s culture, values, and business goals.

Experienced and Competitive Talent Pool, Even for Entry-level Positions

Participation in internships, service-learning, real-life project-based assignments, leadership roles, and competitions are fervently encouraged for many of the majors. This focus on experiential education provides opportunities for Loyola students to apply the theories they learn in the classroom to real-world settings. And this application practice provides employers with experienced young talent.

Business and music industry students are required to complete at least one internship to finish their degrees.
