Experienced and Competitive Talent Pool, Even for Entry-level Positions

Participation in internships, service-learning, real-life project-based assignments, leadership roles, and competitions are fervently encouraged for many of the majors. This focus on experiential education provides opportunities for Loyola students to apply the theories they learn in the classroom to real-world settings. Business and music industry students are required to complete at least one internship to finish their degrees. Other majors are encouraged to complete some form of field experience, and many provide academic credit for the internships.
