Assistant Director of Student Conduct
Alexandria “Lex” Kelch-Brickner serves as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct. In her role, Lex oversees and manages conduct procedures of alleged infractions; manages, updates, and educates others on the Code of Conduct; develops and conducts trainings of various judicial boards within the university; operates as a Title IX Investigator; advises the Student Justice Board; and assesses student trends within the university conduct process.
Lex is originally from Arkansas, where she attended the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts and the University of Arkansas. Earning her B.A. in Sociology from the latter, Lex then pursued her M.Ed. in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California. After graduation in 2011, Lex first joined Loyola New Orleans as an Area Director and later became the Assistant Director of Residential Community Standards.
Now working within student conduct, Lex is proud to be an advocate for her students, their needs, and the policies that support their overall wellbeing. Inspiration and positive energy are two things Lex believes come from the “top” and she strives to inject both into the lives of her students, improving their Loyno experience and their world.
