Learn a new sport or improve your fitness level or skills and sign up for one of the many programs offered each year. Programs are offered to members either free of charge or at a reduced rate. The following programs are an example of what is offered based on space and instructor availability: fitness testing, group exercise classes, personal training, pilates, swim instruction, and yoga.
A variety of fitness programs are offered to meet the diverse needs of each individual. Group exercise classes are provided free of charge to members, including water workout, step, stretch, cardio, circuit, and kickboxing.
If your schedule requires more flexibility, you can design your own workout with help from our personal trainers.
